Happy Thanksgiving. This is a short week with a longer podcast. This week I introduce the new format, introduce co-host Joe, and buy lunch. Our goal this week is to identify what the customer does not like about the auto repair experience. Once we identify what they don't like, we will create plans of actions to improve the experience. Oh yeah, did I mention I'm buying lunch?
